Dr. Rand Qoj

Dr. Rand M. Qoj is a Consultant in Family Medicine with a career dedicated to comprehensive, patient centred care and service development. She completed her undergraduate medical education at the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, and gained experience working with Medical Non Governmental Organizations in Iraq. She subsequently obtained the Fellowship of the Iraq Board for Medical Specializations in Family Medicine (FIBMSFM).

In 2014, Dr. Rand achieved Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in London and served as a full time Family Medicine physician in the United Kingdom before relocating to Saudi Arabia to practice as a Consultant Family Medicine physician. 

At KAUST Health, Rand M. Qoj leads the Family Medicine Department and has been instrumental in departmental governance and clinical quality initiatives. She plays a leading role in mental health services and safeguarding work, collaborating across disciplines to strengthen patient safety processes and staff training.
